CopyThat! stores the following data in your browser's localStorage — this data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers:
- Business Brain profile (business name, industry, services, hours, location, booking link)
- Voice profile (analyzed writing style traits)
- Voice training samples you paste in
- Response history
- Usage statistics (responses generated, time saved)
- Pro subscription status
Clearing your browser data or using a different browser/device will remove this locally stored information.
Information Collected Automatically
- MailerLite: When you submit a form or download a lead magnet, MailerLite may collect your IP address, browser type, and engagement data (opens, clicks) for email delivery and analytics.
- Netlify: Our hosting provider collects standard server logs including IP addresses, browser information, and page requests for security and performance monitoring.
- Calendly: When you book a consultation, Calendly collects information necessary to schedule and manage the appointment.

- Business Brain data is stored locally on your device — not on our servers
- Email data is stored securely by MailerLite (EU-based, GDPR-compliant)
- Payment processing is handled entirely by Payhip — we never access or store credit card numbers, bank accounts, or financial credentials
